Traveling Italy

Helpful Hints:

- Know the language - You don't have to be fluent in Italian, but you should know the basics. A pocket dictionary will help a lot!

- Be aware of your belongings at all times - Pick pocketers are very common in Italy, especially in Rome, so never leave anything unattended! If you set down your backpack, loop the strap around your leg.

-Always carry a map of the city you're in - When you're in a foreign country, the last thing you want to do is get lost, so pay attention to where you're going and know how to get back!

- Don't go off alone - Travel with a friend or a group, it's more fun and much safer!

- Most of all - Have fun!
