Lucerne
Lucerne is located in Switzerland and was the first main stop on our tour. We had two days to walk around and get lost in all the little streets. After these two days, though, students had to start minding their money. Mostly because they had spent most of it on chocolate! There was a chocolate store right in the square where we were. That was a very popular souvenir on this trip. I know I bought my share. Another popular souvenir from Lucerne was the swiss army knife. They had ones of all colors and some students had them engraved. The picture to the right shows the famous Lucerne water tower. Lucerne is also famous for it's wooden bridge that goes over lake Lucerne.
