Yeah, that’s right. Homemade root beer. The fascination began with my dad over fourth of July this past summer. My family and I decided it would be fun to go to the Four Mile House. At the Four Mile House, many people were dressed up and pretending to be from revolutionary times. However, there was also a stand selling something- homemade root beer. Naturally, we thought it sounded good, so we bought a glass and tried some. It was delicious, and this gave my dad an idea. If they could make homemade root beer, why can’t we? Since then, my family and I have been experimenting trying to make comparable root beer. This website will show you what we have learned, through research, and through experimentation.
